Abstract
The Stura Valley is historically recognised as a transit valley, on the border between Italy and France, characterised by the presence of a complex defence system dating back to different historical periods. Through the examination of some case studies, the contribution intends to focus on the analysis of the actions that, through the systemisation of the military historical-cultural heritage of the Stura Valley, aim at overcoming the condition of marginality and fragmentation, in which the latter finds itself, starting from the recognition of intrinsic and shared values and the safeguard of the landscape context of belonging.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
