Sistemi informativi e strumenti grafici per la manutenzione di manufatti complessi - Information systems and graphic tools for the maintenance of complex buildings

Il modello digitale informativo allestito nelle fasi di fattibilità e progettazione di manufatti complessi è sempre più supporto al monitoraggio di cantiere e alle attività di manutenzione in corso d’opera. Dal progetto al cantiere alla gestione, il contributo si prefigge di definire una frontiera applicativa attraverso l’illustrazione di un metodo di trattamento automatico e rappresentazione grafica dei dati che moltiplica le possibilità del modello costruttivo e gestionale allestito all’interno di sistemi informativi e informatici dedicati al processo edilizio. Tecnologie informatiche di facile accesso e impiego aprono contenitori integrati di conoscenza a professionalità a figure operative e a maestranze e consentono controlli strutturati, organizzati e interrogabili con gli opportuni livelli di adattamento, tanto nelle fasi di costruzione, quanto in quelle di gestione. The digital information model set up in the feasibility and design phases of complex structures is increasingly supporting site monitoring and maintenance activities in progress. Starting from a review of the main methodologies and applications related to this transition of state, from the project to the construction site to the management, the paper aims to define an application frontier through the illustration of methods of automatic processing and graphical representation of data that multiply the possibilities of the construction and management model set up within information systems and computer systems dedicated to the construction process. Easy-to-access and easy-to-use information technologies open up integrated containers of knowledge to professionals, operational figures and workers and allow ongoing, structured, organized and queryable checks with the appropriate levels of adaptation, in both the construction and operation phases.
