This paper introduces a blockchain-based platform, designed to speed-up the process of ticketing inside the hospital environment. The system combines two primary components: a web application, developed for tickets creation and management depending on the user's role, and a smart contract, devoted to the storage of data on-chain while preserving the data-privacy. The proposed solution aims at making more efficient and transparent the maintenance process, from users' segnalation to the actual maintenance intervention. The user-friendly interface together with an evaluation of the smart contract implementation with respect to the costs and to the trade-off between data-privacy and data-transparency demonstrate the potential of the system to make the whole ticketing process easier to manage and control.
