The application of fiber optic technology in the aerospace sector offers numerous advantages, including the reduction and simplification of necessary wiring, as well as improved accessibility to areas that are challenging to monitor with traditional electronic systems. However, to provide a viable alternative to current technologies, it is essential to develop measurement tools with comparable sensitivity. This study aims to investigate a potential alternative based on Fiber Bragg Grating (FBG) technology for measuring pressure differentials between two distinct points. The research encompasses the design, implementation, and performance evaluation of an FBG-based pressure sensor, with a specific focus on its suitability for aerospace applications.
