Cities and forms of working always suffered of mutual influence both on physical transformations and social dynamics. In recent past, the pandemic condition seems to have contributed to accelerate an ongoing reorganization through a ‘smarter’ way of working thought a redefinition of urban narratives and forms of accessibility. Within this framework, this study aims to investigate physical traces of the ongoing phenomenon and, most of all, to consider more inclusive forms of governance.
