In this work, we present the first extension to the time-domain of a dual surface electric field integral equation (TD-DS-EFIE) to fix internal resonances of standard integral operators. The proposed approach linearly combines the time- domain electric field integral equation with an additional electric field boundary condition defined on a surface located inside the scatterer. The new dual surface electric field integral equation is proposed as an alternative to the time-domain combined field integral equation, known as a resonant-free formulation, to provide an solutions in highly resonant scenarios.
