A vision about the implementation in industry of the MBSE is proposed, starting from the INCOSE Vision 2035, including needs, targets, status, and then analysing application to industry according to the Fraunhofer’s investigation, to describe a sort of implementation roadmap. New challenges are then examind within a wide range of applications, as in defence, radio astronomy, critical health care, aerospace (as for automatic verification of requirements), space/aero/automotive TMS (integrated with AM materials), automotive (tool integration with MDO). Particularly, a focus upon role of AI and of tailored languages is provided. Finally, impact of those contents on education is analyzed.
