This paper presents a control strategy for output voltage regulation of the LCC-S compensated Wireless Power Transfer (WPT) system through a variable inductor. Firstly, the architecture of the system is analyzed, and the relation between the output voltage and the variable inductance is derived. Then, the control strategy that allows to regulate the DC current through the variable inductor to maintain the desired output voltage is presented. Both the steady-state and the dynamic performance of the system are evaluated through Simulink simulations.

Abstract
This paper presents a control strategy for output voltage regulation of the LCC-S compensated Wireless Power Transfer (WPT) system through a variable inductor. Firstly, the architecture of the system is analyzed, and the relation between the output voltage and the variable inductance is derived. Then, the control strategy that allows to regulate the DC current through the variable inductor to maintain the desired output voltage is presented. Both the steady-state and the dynamic performance of the system are evaluated through Simulink simulations.Pubblicazioni consigliate
