The Cuban Revolution (1959) distinguished its modern era. The country is divided by new social, political and economic reorganizations, seeking new forms of expression. Some architectures of Havana built in the modern era have been examined to verify their state of preservation, value and potential. The research ends with a project of “Plaza de la Revolución” that risks, in these years of important political changes, losing its original character.

Abstract
The Cuban Revolution (1959) distinguished its modern era. The country is divided by new social, political and economic reorganizations, seeking new forms of expression. Some architectures of Havana built in the modern era have been examined to verify their state of preservation, value and potential. The research ends with a project of “Plaza de la Revolución” that risks, in these years of important political changes, losing its original character.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
