The gradual implememtation in industry of the methodology of Systems Engineering currently faces a fast evolution. Eco and circular design approaches are applied to assure sustainability and regeneration. The Model-Based Systems Engineering exploits mow coding for requirement elicitation through hierarchical and topological analyses as well as AI assistance in writing. Theoretical approaches based on some targets as unicity, measurability and other features are now substituted by dedicated formalism like the NASA's Fretish language. Multiphysical modeling expolits several libraries embedded in the applied software. Morever, design process currently covers not only product delivery, but its services and decommissioning, for those RAMS analyses and Circular Design tasks are applied. In manufacturing AM helps the digitalisation of the whole product lifecycle development, as circular design assures regeneration at the life end. Data driven approches contribute to model validation, monitoring and prognosis as far as to diagnosis of system in service. AI helps in those actions and in elaborating data and even buidling surrogate models. New fields are opening to the MBSE as the biomechatronics as well as the smart manufacturing and building. Ky issue is education, through the three levels of academic degrees, but even through the Universities' alliances. .
