Abstract
The online roll change technology improves the productivity of the endless strip rolling. To reveal the dynamic characteristics and to determine the parameter setting scheme, the vertical nonlinear vibration model considering the dynamic rolling force has been established. As the parameters vary simultaneously and have coupled relationship, the conventional analysis approaches do not have the ability to resolve the system. To address this problem, The two-parameter dynamics method is applied to investigate the evolution of the dynamic behaviour. The results suggest that the parameters influence the motion state in the form of coupling, the influence pattern of each parameter on the stability is clarified, the evolution of the stable domain under the effect of parameter coupling is revealed, and the parameter matching strategy is determined. This paper provides a parameter matching solution for online roll change technology and a theoretical reference for enhancing the stability of the systemPubblicazioni consigliate
