Starting from the Modern Age there has been a profound hiatus in the education of the disciplines of the Architectural Design which consists in the separation between an approach based on knowledge of the history of architecture and on-site experience, and that, based on a scientific ideology, articulated in the relationship between knowledge and innovation. The return to the foundations of Architecture, to the themes that distinguish it as an autonomous discipline that verifies its outcomes directly on the context and in knowledge, together with the rediscovery of the concepts of beauty and space without ideological filters, is the goal of the Accademia Adrianea di Architettura e Archeologia since its birth.

Abstract
Starting from the Modern Age there has been a profound hiatus in the education of the disciplines of the Architectural Design which consists in the separation between an approach based on knowledge of the history of architecture and on-site experience, and that, based on a scientific ideology, articulated in the relationship between knowledge and innovation. The return to the foundations of Architecture, to the themes that distinguish it as an autonomous discipline that verifies its outcomes directly on the context and in knowledge, together with the rediscovery of the concepts of beauty and space without ideological filters, is the goal of the Accademia Adrianea di Architettura e Archeologia since its birth.File | Dimensione | Formato | |
