The EU agenda (Europe 2020-2030, New European Bauhaus) and the COVID 19 call for a new step also to the "ordinary" and "extraordinary" practices of Social Housing (SH). Starting from the case study in Rue D'Assas (VI arrondissement of Paris) and from the requirements imposed by the "Paris Affordable Housing Challenge" competition, we discuss "adaptive" Design Experimentation related with the themes of Sustainability and economic Resilience also in patrimonial and social Dimensions.

Abstract
