The paper deals with the software and hardware simulations of Hybrid Generation Systems (HGS) in order to investigate transient behaviours as well as logistical simulations. A software package has been developed using an advanced simulation tool, and a graphical user interface is also available to easily handle the settings of the system configuration system and parameters. The package allows to define the system simulation by sequence of events in several configurations. Software simulation runs have been performed, and the results have been compared with the experimental tests executed on the simulator hybrid plant in order to investigate the validity of the proposed approach.

Abstract
The paper deals with the software and hardware simulations of Hybrid Generation Systems (HGS) in order to investigate transient behaviours as well as logistical simulations. A software package has been developed using an advanced simulation tool, and a graphical user interface is also available to easily handle the settings of the system configuration system and parameters. The package allows to define the system simulation by sequence of events in several configurations. Software simulation runs have been performed, and the results have been compared with the experimental tests executed on the simulator hybrid plant in order to investigate the validity of the proposed approach.Pubblicazioni consigliate
