We experimentally demonstrate that the impact of cascaded ROADMs on subcarrier multiplexing can be efficiently predicted and near-optimally counteracted by simple offline bit and/or power loading. At 200G, we show SNR gains of ~3 dB when passing through 7 ROADMs.
