In this paper, a tunable polarization converter, in the THz band, based on graphene metasurface is presented. The unit cell of the proposed metasurfac consists of a dielectric substrate and a graphene cut wire backed on a metal ground. The designed metasurface has been optimized to operate as a polarization converter in reflection mode. Moreover, by changing the chemical potential of graphene, the operation frequency can be tuned.

Abstract
