BIM model methods for suppliers in the building process

Building Information Modelling (BIM) process is always considered a collaborative method to exchange in-formation between all the actors of building Industry. As this method is based on 3D parametric models, dif-ferent strategies are available to develop graphical databases and manage information during the operational step. In these terms, collaboration between the involved actors of the building process is one of the main fo-cuses of this research that analyses features that influence data management of a BIM model, testing its flexi-bility in term of data exchange between actors and tools.
