The article describes the developments in research on building system with load-bearing panels called "Panel for Building". At this phase, the focus of research is the definition of the best technological solution for the assembly of the individual layers of the panel, with particular reference to the structural section. A further objective is the identification of panels mounting system on the construction site, with reference to the foundation node and the connections between the panels. The analyzes focused on the definition of the connection of the bracing sheet system with the steel frame to form a load-bearing wall. Also links between the different panels were examined using different construction technologies. The goal of this analysis is to establish an automated and standardized panel assembly system made in factory, in order to reduce the number of connections at the construction site, for easier and quicker the mounting operations. This considerations allow to build highly efficient buildings in less time.
