Abstract
BIM allows to manage the large information flow related to existing buildings, playing a significant role for cities’ conservation, particularly within the Italian Real Estate. Therefore, the storage of data over time constitutes a need to promote effective and less expensive actions of refurbishment, optimization and energy efficiency. A working methodology is investigated through a digitalization project for analysis and management of the Turin’s public buildings, starting from surveys to achieve interoperability between software by developing three-dimensional parametric models.Pubblicazioni consigliate
