Abstract
The research reported in this paper is grounded on the principles of the artifact-centric approach and stresses the importance of the entity-flow perspective in business process models with the help of a notation named ACTA. ACTA process models are based on a number of entity-flow patterns, which help readers understand the operation of the process before looking at the task descriptions. In particular, these patterns emphasize choice situations such as those related to the grouping or matching of input entities.Pubblicazioni consigliate
