A printed meta-surface that can reduce the electromagnetic footprint of a metallic cylinder is investigated. The meta-surface consists of a periodic width-modulated microstrip line lying on a homogeneous dielectric layer of constant thickness. When enfolded around the conformal geometry, it gives rise to an isotropic cloak wrapped around the object. Numerical analyses of the fields surrounding the cloaked cylinder are considered for different incidence directions. It is demonstrated that the proposed solution reduces the radar cross section of the cylinder in the same manner for different angles of incidence.
