Microfluidics applied to stem cell research is of great interest to biologists and bioengineers. Despite the depth of research, a predominant microfluidic platform for studying the effects of growth factors on stem cell differentiation has not yet emerged. Most existing screening devices are often either difficult to control, or have little functionality. With this consideration, a device capable of simultaneously screening up to ten independent stem cell culture conditions was designed and characterized.

Abstract
Microfluidics applied to stem cell research is of great interest to biologists and bioengineers. Despite the depth of research, a predominant microfluidic platform for studying the effects of growth factors on stem cell differentiation has not yet emerged. Most existing screening devices are often either difficult to control, or have little functionality. With this consideration, a device capable of simultaneously screening up to ten independent stem cell culture conditions was designed and characterized.Pubblicazioni consigliate
