Abstract
The capping systems of landfills are made with a sequence of layers of different materials, each with a specific function. One of these layers is mainly intended as a drain, which should keep the rainfall from reaching the waste body, thus avoiding the excess of leachate production. Draining geocomposites are becoming an interesting alternative. This work describes the performances of a specific type of geodrain, which features special draining tubes, at two different scale of observation: a large cell in lab and a field test in a landfillPubblicazioni consigliate
