A single layer, single polarization off-set reflector was designed, with particular focus on its frequency response. The design was carried out using an ad hoc version of the genetic algorithm that optimizes the wire length distribution on the gangbuster surface (GS) reflector to achieve high gain radiation pattern in the broadside direction and to reduce the side lobe level. The paper examines how the features of this design may vary with frequency.
