A method was proposed for finding the solution of differential equations using the smoothed Wigner distribution. The proposed method can be applied on any linear ordinary differential equation with constant or time-varying coefficients. The results showed that the partial differential equation so obtained has derivatives with respect to frequency.

Abstract
