For these equations, sufficient conditions which guarantee both Lyapunov stability and asymptotic stability in terms of nonsmooth Lyapunov functions are given. An invariance principle is also proven.

Abstract
Differential equations with discontinuous righthand side and solutions intended in Carath\'eodory sense are considered.
