This study focuses on Villa Belvedere-Radicati atop Saluzzo’s hill. It investigates the interrelations between architecture, agrarian systems, and infrastructural networks that shaped the area. The villa represents an integrated model of architecture, landscape, and agricultural production, offering a tangible expression of a “civilised hill” where cultural, functional, and political values converge, fostering a dynamic dialogue between architecture and the surrounding landscape.
