Wireless power transfer (WPT) technology, as a representative power solution in the new energy revolution, has attracted increasing research and attention. Owing to its inherent advantages-such as freedom, flexibility, and safety-WPT has expanded beyond traditional applications into emerging fields with broad potential. This study conducts a bibliometric analysis of WPT research across six emerging fields: electric vehicles, sensors, unmanned aerial vehicle, wearable devices, underwater devices, and rail transit. By systematically examining leading countries/regions, institutions, journals, authors, highly cited publications, and keyword trends, the study delineates the current research landscape and application scenarios for each field. Furthermore, cross-domain analyses reveal shared technical challenges and interdisciplinary synergies. The findings provide researchers with a comprehensive reference to navigate WPT advancements, identify innovation opportunities, and prioritize future investigations in both domain-specific and integrated frameworks.
