Amid the ongoing wave of digitalisation in agriculture, questions arise regarding the extent to which digital agriculture (DA) may influence landscape change. While the socio-economic and environmental impacts of DA have been extensively examined, its implications for landscape remain underexplored. This study investigates how scholars from the fields of landscape and agriculture perceive and anticipate DA-driven landscape change, drawing on data from an expert survey. The results demonstrate that DA affects both material and immaterial aspects of landscape, with its impact likely to intensify in the future. In particular, experts identified notable effects on cultural-social and bio-physical dimensions, while highlighting disciplinary divergences in perceiving perceptual aesthetic change. These insights underscore the complexity of future landscape transformations and the need for interdisciplinary dialogue in shaping sustainable future for agri-digital transition and landscape.
