Abstract

The Anser indicus is the dominant species among the waterbirds inhabiting Lake Bander, accounting for more than 80% of the population. From a systemic design perspective, Anser indicus can be seen as a key link in the Bander Lake ecosystem, with many species as its stakeholders. This diagram shows the food web with Anser indicus at its core, selected from the animal species commonly found in the Bander Lake area. In general, the higher the biodiversity of an ecosystem and the more complex its food web, the stronger the ability and resilience of this ecosystem to resist external disturbances.
