The video documentary "Vineyard landscape" aims to investigate the Vineyard Landscapes of Piedmont: Langhe, Roero and Monferrato, recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2014. The practices, techniques and activities of maintenance and enhancement of the territory are explored, highlighting the traditional interaction between humans and the peculiar cultural landscape. This approach emphasizes how traditional techniques and agricultural practices have shaped the landscape, contributing not only to environmental conservation but also to the economic and cultural promotion of the region.

Abstract
The video documentary "Vineyard landscape" is the second of the trilogy of the project "The Road of Restoration: Culture and Practice in the Conservation and Enhancement of Heritage". This is a multimedia project that explores and disseminates restoration practices through a trilogy of original and scientific video productions. The project aims to disseminate the know-how of the Italian Institutions that partecipate to the project (Politecnico di Torino and Centro per la Conservazione e il Restauro di Venaria Reale) and to strenghten scientific relationship with Chinese institutions and universities. This approach emphasizes how traditional techniques and agricultural practices have shaped the landscape, contributing not only to environmental conservation but also to the economic and cultural promotion of the region.Pubblicazioni consigliate
