The video documentary "Industrial Heritage" is the third of the trilogy of the project "The Road of Restoration: Culture and Practice in the Conservation and Enhancement of Heritage". This is a multimedia project that explores and disseminates restoration practices through a trilogy of original and scientific video productions. The project aims to disseminate the know-how of the Italian Institutions that partecipate to the project (Politecnico di Torino and Centro per la Conservazione e il Restauro di Venaria Reale) and to strenghten scientific relationship with Chinese institutions and universities. The video documentary "Industrial Heritage" addresses an increasingly crucial theme in the contemporary urban context: industrial archaeology. Starting from the UNESCO recognition of Ivrea as "Industrial City of the 20th Century” in 2018, the production investigates the conservation and recovery of historical testimonies related to the industrial history of the metropolitan city of Turin.

Abstract
Starting from the UNESCO recognition of Ivrea as "Industrial City of the 20th Century” in 2018, the production investigates the conservation and recovery of historical testimonies related to the industrial history of the metropolitan city of Turin.Pubblicazioni consigliate
