L’Area archeologica di Libarna e la sua conservazione integrata: scenari di un possibile futuro tra sostenibilità e resilienza.

This contribution analyses some of the components related to the integrated conservation of archaeological heritage and the need to activate processes that place communities at the centre of conservation and transmission actions. The recognition of heritage and its values is the first step towards sustainable conservation, and the participation of the community in this process is a key component in making the processes more effective. The didactic experience carried out in the archaeological area of Libarna in close connection with the territorial stakeholders constitutes an interesting case study for the definition of effective project strategies that, while respecting the principles of sustainability, reflect on possible scenarios for a resilient heritage.
