Creazione di uno strumento WebGis per valutare gli impatti dei Distretti smart del settore Real Estate

The paper aims at illustrating the interactive impact assessment tool, which is created for innovative Real Estate projects in smart cities through the collaboration of Planet Smart City and Dist Department of Politecnico of Turin. As assessing impact becomes increasingly important, private companies are looking for objective and comparable tools that evaluate the added value of their work.The paper reports the method followed and the results obtained, highlighting the advantage of the interactive aspect of the tool both in the internal comparison phase, during the design, and in the external comparison phase, during dialog with third parties and stakeholders. This tool has been applied to a Brazilian demonstrator case-study. However, the methodology used for delivering the tool can be applied to other contexts due to its flexibility. The conclusion mentions some technical aspects and the content that the tool’s beta version will address in the near future.
