EM-BIM_Spreadsheet implemented to set up a bsDD for the Extended Matrix

Spreadsheet developed to set up the BuildingSMART Data Dictionary (bsDD) for semantic mapping of the Extended Matrix as a classification against the IFC 4.3 classes.
