Taccuini d’architettura is a publishing series curated by Nicolò Galeazzi that investigates the architectural design process, shifting attention from the finished work to its genesis. The sixth volume, edited by the founders of ErranteArchitetture, Sarah Becchio and Paolo Borghino, focuses on the construction phase of Casa BM, an intervention on an existing building. Accompanied by construction-site photographs, drawings, and models, the text examines how the project—subjected to contingent events—reframes scarcity, ordinariness, error, and recycling as a field of experimentation and a means of creative expression.
