POLITO Radiosonde Cluster: In-Field Experiment Dataset

This dataset comprises data from in-field experiments involving a cluster of POLITO radiosondes launched under various atmospheric conditions: 1) Tethered cluster launch in controlled, urban environment (Turin, Italy, September 29, 2021). 2) Tethered cluster launch in operational environment (St. Barthelemy, Valle d'Aosta, February 10, 2022). 3) In-field cluster launch of 10 radiosondes on a cloudy day within the Alpine Atmospheric Boundary Layer (ABL), St. Barthelemy, Valle d'Aosta, November 3, 2022. 4-5) Two in-field cluster launches with 10 and 12 radiosondes within the Chilbolton ABL, UK (July 5-6, 2023, WESCON campaign). 6) In-field cluster launch of 10 radiosondes within the Udine, Italy ABL (June 19, 2024, CISM). 7-8) UKRI- Chilbolton Observatory two infield experimentations, September 24th and September 26th, 2024
