Atrial baffle obstructions and/or leaks are the most common causes of re-intervention after Mustard and Senning surgery. When feasible, transcatheter intervention has become the preferred treatment for baffle-related complications. We report a case of a 41-year-old patient with a past history d-TGA and Mustard repair who underwent successful implantation of a covered stent in the superior limb of the systemic venous baffle with the goal to relieve a severe obstruction and close two baffle leaks. This case illustrates the feasibility and safety of covered stent implantation after Mustard and Senning surgery to treat baffle obstruction and leaks with one single intervention.
