Conservazione e valorizzazione del patrimonio idroelettrico

The landscape is the outcome and expression of interrelations between natural and anthropogenic factors. All the works aimed at the construction of artefacts and infrastructures built in order to exploit the resources that mountainous areas make available to humans are examples of anthropic interventions. They have, in many cases, profoundly changed the natural and/or anthropic context in which they have taken place and they can be considered cultural heritage, material testimony to the history of a Country. Landscapes and electrical architectures are a heritage that has been, until now, only partially investigated and that, whether integrated with the other resources in the mountainous areas, could gain greater visibility and readability, helping to make these areas become appealing and interesting because of not only naturalistic and landscape aspects, but also historical-and cultural ones.
