LA VIGNA DI MADAMA REALE NEGLI ANNI DELLA SECONDA REGGENZA. TRASFORMAZIONI DELLA DELITIA NELL’OSPEDALE DI CARITÀ TRA IL 1679 E IL 1684

The construction phase of Madame Reale’s vineyard (Turin) under Cristina di Francia received considerable study and an extensive bibliography is available. Conversely, the years of the second regency, when Maria Giovanna Battista di Savoia Nemours granted the use of the vineyard to the Hospital of Charity, still require further explorations. This contribution aims to reconstruct the transformations of the vineyard between 1679 and 1684 through in-depth archival research, focusing on unpublished aspects of the architectural construction site and the professional figures who were commissioned to work on the vineyard.
