Guidelines to facilitate the recycling of aluminium packaging

The "Guidelines to facilitate the recycling of packaging" are the result of a collaboration with the research team of the Department of Architecture and Design of the Politecnico di Torino and the support of the experts of CiAl. The publication analyses the phases of selection and recycling of aluminium packaging in order to identify the points of attention that should be considered in the design stage to optimize the recycling processes and reduce their environmental impacts. The guidelines are enriched by design indications for specific types of packaging, with special focuses on their features and recyclability.
