The topic proposed intends to outline the importance of expressive complementarity in the qualification of certain cognitive-design processes, using just a few select steps chosen from the history of design. Graphic representation (design-idea/techniques-media), from primitive prehistorical formats to the current methods of digital processing, conforms artistic languages and technical practices which connotate and enhance the conceptive methods and different forms of architectural production, following the principle of inclusion and information, both with regard to relief and design. The itinerary follows a path which uses points of reflection as cultural imprints which have marked the history of designed, connected by relationships which interpret their contribution with a much bigger system. The proposal of certain emblematic themes for the history of architectural representation, indicators of significant trends, requires an explanation of the context that generated them. In this way, it is possible to read the elements of continuity, scission and integration, and those that are exclusive, starting with the partial value of the choices made. Despite the concise nature of this essay, the aim is to critically rethink the invariants generated by the representation of architecture, or changes in its expressions, recomposed via iconic filters of hypertextual reading.

Abstract
Despite the concise nature of this essay, the aim is to critically rethink the invariants generated by the representation of architecture, or changes in its expressions, recomposed via iconic filters of hypertextual reading.Pubblicazioni consigliate
