The scientific seminar of the “SIEV” society was held on 14/15 of April 2016. The seminar entitled “The influence of the Papal Encyclical Laudato Sì on the evaluation paths: the urban areas between conflict and solidarity, degradation and regeneration, exclusion and participation” was hosted by the Campidoglio and the Architectural Faculty of La Sapienza University of Rome. Starting from the Papal Encyclical “Laudato Sì” (published the 18 of June 2015), the aim of the seminar was to discuss about urban regeneration and land protection. The Encyclical faces some fundamental topics for the scientific community related to the urban suburbs and the degraded city centres, in which the social and environmental crises are strictly connected. In this sense, the Encyclical solicits for a greater consciousness about the subjects characterising the current developments of the evaluations discipline.

Abstract
In this sense, the Encyclical solicits for a greater consciousness about the subjects characterising the current developments of the evaluations discipline.Pubblicazioni consigliate
