Abstract

Electromagnetic fields generated by human body show a huge amount of information about the health status or the activity the subject is managing. Nowadays the most studied bio-potential are the so called ExG signals: ElectroCardioGraphic (ECG), ElectroMyoGraphic (EMG) and ElectroEncephaloGraphic (EEG). This thesis work presents new methods to analyze the bio-signals and some new prototypes to record them. The final goal is extracting and transmitting the information of interest exploiting the minimum number of parameters and with the lowest energy consumption.
