Whatever the nature of a reuse project, its development follows specific phases: from when the idea of its realization emerges – with the preliminary acquisition of data and information – till when the works, already concluded, hypothetically stop to produce the expected effects. These phases are strictly connected, in a sort of continuum, despite feedback and re-programming processes. During this procedure, characterized both by a planning stage and by specific moments where decisions, evaluations and checks are taken, the instruments of the decision-making processes, of strategic marketing and investment analysis, must provide not only their technical and training support, but also facilitate the choice of complex decisions. These decisions are related to sustainability and local development and include several individuals with different needs and requirements. This text addresses this particular point of view.
