The intensification of precipitation coupled with a fast-paced process, with the consequent waterproofing of the soils, has resulted in increased threats to the security of the territories and populations. Aim of the studies presented here is to make the territory anti-fragile with respect to the issue of climate change, by designing at the vast area scale. By modifying existing planning and integrating eco-systemic service standards within regulatory instruments, guidelines, actions and countervailing methods are identified to counter the negative effects of impermeability. The proposed model was tested in the territories of Olbia and then in Romangia, where it was possible to calculate the actual benefit derived from its application by implementing eco-systemic service standards to improve urban quality and permeability of the soils , through the design of the space and not just its safety.
