Abstract

The paper reviews the basic reliability concepts, reliability models of Open Source Software. OSS use are increasing and in many applications its role importance becoming high. One issue that suffers the users from ambiguity about its adoption is its reliability. That is way the reliability of OSS is under focus now a day. There are different mechanisms and reliability models that have been proposed by the researcher for estimation and prediction of OSS reliability. This paper is an art type paper that describes the OSS reliability models in the form of art.
